OPENMAIND FLEET ORCHESTRATOR

One orchestrator.
Three modules.
Any robot vendor.

Plan, orchestrate and understand your material flows in one system. Across AGV/AMR vendors – and alongside manual transports.

Vendor-independent by design. We assess connectivity based on your interfaces.

ONE ORCHESTRATOR · THREE MODULES

One platform. Three perspectives on your factory.

From the first simulation to continuous improvement: PLANNING, ORCHESTRATION and INSIGHT are modules of the openmaind fleet orchestrator.

PLANNING

01 / Before you invest

Simulation before investment.

ORCHESTRATION

02 / In live operations

Coordinate across robot vendors.

INSIGHT

03 / For the next improvement

Transparency across all transports.

Planning, operations and analysis – no matter which vehicles run today or tomorrow.

OPENMAIND IN ACTION

Start with the question you have today.

Planning, operations and analysis work together. Choose the challenge that matters to you now.

PLANNING

Plan what will actually work.

Describe your logistics project in natural language. Compare scenarios before investing in hardware or changing your facility.

  • Compare layouts, material flows, routes and robot variants virtually
  • Turn a logistics description into a running simulation
  • Get KPIs, video-like visualisations and plain-language insights
YOUR OUTCOMEKnow the right fleet size and layout before you invest.

ORCHESTRATION

One coordinated system for mixed fleets.

Connect planning with live operations. Coordinate robots from different vendors and manual transports through one shared layer.

  • VDA 5050 master control across robot vendors
  • Intelligent task allocation and dynamic route adjustments
  • Use natural language for changes, with transparent decisions
YOUR OUTCOMEBring changing workflows into live operations.

INSIGHT

Understand what happens on your floor.

See where material flow loses time. Analyse robot and manual transports – including facilities with no AGVs or AMRs yet.

  • Tracking and data analysis with no additional infrastructure
  • Identify blockages, critical zones and near-misses
  • Digital twin and emulation, with natural-language insights
YOUR OUTCOMESee where material flow stalls – and why.

CONNECTED, NOT ISOLATED

Fits into your system landscape.

openmaind connects enterprise systems with robotics on your floor. One shared layer for planning, operations and analysis.

ERP/WMS/MES connectivity and vehicle compatibility are assessed per project. VDA 5050 connects supported robots; manual vehicles are not autonomously controlled.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE

Proven in robotics at scale.

At incubed IT, our founding team built and scaled mobile robotics, selling the company to Verizon in 2021.

400+robots orchestrated
37factories
40robots in the largest fleet

Team experience from previous projects; these figures do not describe current openmaind installations.

A few things you might ask.

Do we need AGVs or AMRs already?

PLANNING lets you explore automation scenarios before investing. INSIGHT also covers manual transports. Controlling autonomous vehicles requires a technical connectivity assessment.

Are these three separate products?

PLANNING, ORCHESTRATION and INSIGHT are modules of one system: the openmaind fleet orchestrator. Your question determines where you start.

Does it work with every robot?

Vendor independence is the principle. Actual connectivity depends on the vehicle interfaces, supported VDA 5050 implementation and project requirements.

Bring one question.
Let’s look at your fleet together.

A new material flow, an idle robot or a layout change: see how openmaind can support your next decision.
